"Your MP" app for Boxee updated and now compatible with the Boxee Box

Just a short post to say that the "Your MP" application for Boxee has been slightly updated. This is an app that lets people in the UK see how their MP is voting in Parliament from the comfort of their armchairs. You don't need to know who your MP is, all you need is your postcode and the app will do the rest for you.

The changes are relatively minor; gone is the left menu pane that would slide into view and instead the buttons have been placed in a more obvious place on the screen. I've also been working with the Boxee team to make sure that the app is compatible with the newly released Boxee Box making the app one of the first e-democracy applications (that I know of) to run on a set-top box.

Thanks to everybody who has used "Your MP" so far, the updated version will launch automatically the next time you launch it. With so many contraversial votes going on at the moment there has never been a better time to make use of this app!
